Pittsville Man Injured in Early Morning Crash

-A Pittsville man was injured in a one vehicle crash in the Town of Rudolph early this morning.The crash occurred on State Highway 66 near County Highway O. The Wood County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene and fond a vehicle in the woods north of the highway. The driver of the vehicle, and lone occupant, was trapped inside and needed to be extricated.
The driver was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield by the Spirit of Marshfield. Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors in the incident.
