The Highground's Freedom Celebration Day this Saturday

-Bring the family to The Highground Veterans Park on Saturday, June 27th for Freedom Celebration Day. There will be a full day of exciting events, displays, food by Hardee's, concerts and fireworks!Throughout the afternoon, there will be a variety of music and dancing. Lao Hmong traditional dance & music will be presented on The Highground plaza from 4 pm - 5 pm, Celtic music will be performed by the MPK Christian Celtic Band from 5 pm -7 pm and the "Veterans Concert", with musicians who are military veterans, will begin at 7 pm on the plaza.
The Annual Highground Fireworks display, sponsored by Hardee's, will follow the concerts. This is one of the earliest and largest fireworks displays in the area. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. There is free admission to all displays, concerts & fireworks!
