A Few Resolutions Approved at Clark County Board of Supervisors Meeting

-The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved a few resolutions at their meeting Tuesday evening.The first resolution was offering condolences to the family of former board member Julius Klapatauskas who passed away recently. The second was changing some wording in the Clark County Employee Handbook to better define a work week which is in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
The final resolution was one supporting the current long term care system in Wisconsin as the Governor's budget has that system being dismantled. The board also approved the 2nd reading of an amended ordinance, approved the reappointment of Connie Opelt, Jerome Weiler and Mark Shain to the Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustments, and heard reports from the Indianhead Community Action Agency, the Highway Department and the Class and Comp Study.
