Neillsville Woman Accused of Scamming Local Businesess Fails to Appear in Court

Wednesday, June 10th, 2015 -- 10:50 AM

-A Neillsville woman accused of being involved in several scams with local businesses and organizations failed to appear in Clark County Court on Wednesday.

Korinia Feight of Neillsville has been accused of scamming money from local businesses, churches and organizations in Neillsville, Granton, Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids and more.

Feight has several charges filed against her in four separate cases. In the first case, she has two charges of misappropriate ID info to obtain money. In the second, she has three charges of theft of movable property filed against her. In the third, she has three charges of threats to injure/accuse of crime filed against her. And in the latest, she has three charges of bail jumping filed against her as she broke the conditions of her bond.

At her last court appearance, the judge set a $2,000 signature bond and one condition of bond was that she's not allowed to solicit any money of any kind from anyone. However, it was discovered that not long after that appearance, she was in Wood County soliciting money for gas. Because of her failure to appear in court, the judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest.
