Osseo Man Appears in Eau Claire County Court for High Speed Chase

An Osseo man arrested after a high speed chase appeared in Eau Claire County Court on Wednesday.
According to the Altoona Police Department, they requested help in locating Orion Rogers. The Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Department noticed a vehicle matching the description of Rogers’ vehicle. The department tried to initiate a traffic stop, but Rogers fled. Eventually Rogers failed to negotiate a turn and was apprehended.
Rogers’ is facing charges of battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property. During his court appearance on Wednesday, he entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him. He’s scheduled to be back in court in May.
