This summer enjoy the Clark County Farmers' Market experience.Farmers' markets are a great place to purchase healthy, fresh, locally grown produce while providing an enjoyable place to visit with friends and neighbors. While each market is unique, there is always a need for more vendors and buyers.
Products available at farmers markets include: fresh picked fruits and vegetables, hand-made crafts, baked goods, fresh cut flowers, bedding plants, meats, cheeses, jams and jellies. Vendors who sell processed foods are required to display the proper Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection licensing.
Locations of the approved Clark County farmers markets are in Abbotsford at the 13-Business 29 intersection across form Abby State Bank on Tuesdays from 11:30 ? 5:30 p.m., Loyal in the city hall parking lot on Tuesdays from 2:00 ? 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. ? 12:00 p.m., Greenwood located east of the Cenex Station at 203 E. Schofield Ave. on Wednesdays from 2:00 ? 6:00 p.m., Thorp located in Forward Financial Bank Parking lot at 105 S. Washington Street on Wednesdays from 12:00 ? 5:00 p.m., Owen located in the Millpond Park CTY X on Saturdays 8:00 a.m. ? 12:00 p.m. and Neillsville located in the Sniteman Town Square at the corner of Hewitt & 5th Street on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. ? Noon.
