Neillsville Woman Accused of Scams Appears in Clark County Court

-A Neillsville woman allegedly involved in several scams with local businesses and organizations appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday.Korinia Feight of Neillsville has been accused of scamming money from local businesses, churches and organizations in Neillsville, Granton, Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids and more. Feight has been charged in Clark County with 2 counts of misappropriation of I.D. information to obtain money, 3 counts of theft of moveable property and 3 counts of threats to injure.
After failing to appear in court Wednesday afternoon, Feight was in court Thursday and she has three cases filed against her and had an initial appearance, preliminary hearing and status conference scheduled for the various cases. She waived the preliminary hearing for the one case, waived the reading of the complaint for the initial appearance case and an arraignment was scheduled for the status and waived prelim case. Another preliminary hearing was set for the initial appearance case.
The judge also informed her that she used her one chance on Wednesday when she didn't appear in court and if she does not appear in court for the rest of her appearances, she will be arrested. A $2,000 signature bond was set and she's not allowed to solicit any money of any kind from anyone. She'll be back in court on June 10th.
