-The Neillsville School Board heard the Administrators' reports at their meeting last week.District Administrator John Gaier reported on a thank you note from CVTC, vision and hearing screenings, a school-wide food drive, the Cadillac Tax Bill, a WASB Insurance Plan update, student loan forgiveness, a Business After 5, assessment timelines, an article regarding race and wealth distribution, a letter from Rep. Dana Wachs and an article from the Wisconsin State Journal.
He also reported on an editorial from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, two Focus articles, softball field upgrades, the SAGE Program, voucher program legislation, an SAA news release on school spending, an analysis of school funding outcomes based on budget scenarios, an article from Madison.com, a proposed MPS turnaround plan, Senate Bill 67, a WisconsinEye video on the Opt Out Bill and a letter to the Joint Finance Committee.
