Projects and Employment Matters at Neillsville School Board Meeting

-The Neillsville School Board approved some projects for the school district.The first project is a kitchen upgrade. The upgrade includes moving some items to different areas, put in tables and put in heating racks. They received two bids, one for $17,366 and the other for $17,556. The board, of course, approved the lower bid.
They also approved a bid to do some pavement work on the parking lots in the district. They received 3 bids, one for $30,620, another for $40,400 and a third for $41,050. The district, of course, approved the lowest bid for the project.
In employment matters, the board approved the resignation of Al Buchholz from his custodial position, Vali Miatke from her teaching assistant position and Morgan Stellpflug from her special education teaching position. They also approved the teaching contract and Memorandum of Understanding for Ashley King.
