Neillsville School Board Approves Golf Co-op

-The Neillsville School Board approved a golf co-op at their meeting on Monday.The co-op would be with Loyal who has about a half dozen kids who are interested in being on a golf team. There would be no transportation cost for the district, they would just have to help pay for the course fees and coaches. The co-op would be for two years and even though it was a boy's golf co-op on the agenda, if there isn't enough interest for a full girls team, interested girls could join this team.
The board also heard a brief presentation from members of the Vocal Music Department. They recently took a trip to Florida and preformed some songs at Downtown Disney and Koko Beach. They also went to 5 different amusement parks. They thanked the board members and district for giving them the opportunity to take the trip and they performed their songs for the community yesterday evening.
