-A Marshfield man was found competent to stand trial in Wood County Court for threatening to kill a Clark County Judge and cause chaos in the city of Marshfield.According to the criminal complaint, 31-year-old Justin Dolle was upset because he wasn't receiving medication he believes Clark County should be providing. When an officer went to his home, Dolle stated he would kill Clark County Judge Jon Counsell and "rain terror" on the city of Marshfield. He also claimed he had access to body armor and an assault rifle.
On Friday, Dolle had a competency hearing in Wood County Court. Dolle believed he wasn't fit to stand trial, but a doctor's exam determined he was. The court found him competent and Dolle entered a not guilty plea to the charges. He was charged with threatening a judge and bail jumping. He's being held on a $10,000 cash bond and he'll be back in court later this week.
