-One of the three people charged with running a meth lab in their hotel room in rural Humbird has been sentenced for the incident.Back in January, the Clark County Sheriff's Office received a report of a possible meth lab at the Humbird Hotel and Bar. The owner said there was a white haze around the room and plastic sheeting taped around the door. After obtaining a search warrant, the Clark County Sheriff's Office found items used to manufacture methamphetamine and a handgun. The three people charged were Edwin Bedell Jr., Alexandria Campbell and Tayah Bedell.
Due to a plea agreement, Campbell pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of THC. Charges of knowingly possessing methamphetamine waste, manufacturing/delivering amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed and read in. A charge of possession of methamphetamine had a deferred sentence pending Campbell's successful completion of probation. Campbell was sentenced to 24 months' probation, she owes the courts over $300 and she is not allowed to have any contact with the other two involved in the incident.
