Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Taylor County

-A man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Taylor County this past weekend.According to the Taylor County Sheriff's Department, they received a call around 2am on Sunday morning of a single motorcycle crash in the intersection of County Highway M and Q in the Township of Medford. The caller stated that the driver of the motorcycle had hit a tree and was unresponsive.
The initial investigation revealed that when the driver, 39-year-old Anthony Ostrowski of Tony, came to the "T" intersection, he failed to stop and travelled into the ditch, struck a sign, and flipped over.
Ostrowski was the only person on the motorcycle and speed and alcohol are being considered potential contributing factors in the incident. This is one of several motorcycle accidents over the weekend.
