Administrators' Reports at Greenwood School Board Meeting

-The Greenwood School Board heard the Administrators' Reports at their meeting last week.Interim Administrator Mark Lacke reviewed the Wheeler Report summarizing 74 school referendums held on Election Day a couple weeks ago, preliminary ACT results from the district's juniors and plans for Teacher Appreciation Week May 4th-8th.
Mr. Fischer was excited to report on the Easter Thursday full day vision setting in-service activities, the RTi training in River Falls guiding the district's focus on Reading and Literacy improvements, Positive Behavior Intervention System initiatives, elementary Spring Fling ideas, Summer school plans, the successful Cloverbelt Scholar Banquet that Greenwood hosted and some exciting events including the FFA banquet, Senior Awards night and Graduation.
Finally, board member Mark Shain attended the CESA 10 meeting with discussions on Mitel phone system improvements and CESA staff reductions. Jerome Krempasky and Mark Shain reported on a Legislators forum hosted by Medford and Mr. Lacke reviewed a Ruder Ware free law seminar on April 30th.
