Black River Falls Students Complete Black River Area Chamber of Commerce Junior Ambassador Program

-Black River Falls High School juniors Kacey Koenigs and Ali Dunniesen have completed the 2014-15 Black River Area Chamber of Commerce Junior Ambassador program.Several years ago the Chamber initiated a program to introduce high school students to the Chamber of Commerce world. Not only did the Chamber propose to educate students on what a Chamber of Commerce does, but also to give students their first taste of how a Board of Directors functions. Koenigs and Dunniesen received certificates for completing the program.
Since November the students have met monthly with Junior Ambassador Committee members Mary O'Brien, Diane Moen-Ross and Tyler McNeely, along with former Executive Director Barb Brower learning about various aspects of the Chamber of Commerce. They also attended monthly board meetings.
