Neillsville Fire Department Responds to One Vehicle Accident on Saturday

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a one vehicle accident on Saturday morning.The call came in around 7:05am on Saturday morning stating that a vehicle hit a tree. The accident occurred one half mile north of County Highway B on River Avenue in the Township of Pine Valley.
Once the department arrived, the driver was still in the vehicle stating they were suffering some leg pain. The department assisted the Neillsville Ambulance Service in removing the driver. The department used the Jaws of Life on one door. The driver was taken to Memorial Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
The department was on scene 20 minutes and there were no injuries on their part.
