Educational Series For Family Caregivers

The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Buffalo, Clark and Pepin Counties is holding an educational series for family caregivers.The program is a 6-week series that meets for 2 hours each week. The spring 2015 workshop starts next week on April 2nd and runs until May 7th. They'll meet at the Loyal City Hall on Thursdays from 2pm to 4pm. The workshop is $10 for all six sessions.
The session will provide you with powerful tools to help you be a caregiver. The class will also cover helping you reduce stress, communicate effectively with other family members, taking care of yourself, reduce guilt and other emotions, help you relax, make tough decisions and set goals and problem solve.
