Neillsville City Council Approves Changes to Two City Ordinances

-The Neillsville City Council approved some minor changes to a couple city ordinances at their meeting on Tuesday.The first was an ordinance regarding concealed carry. The changes help put the ordinance more in line with state law.
The new language included places that, regardless of state law, people are not allowed to have a concealed weapon including the Neillsville City Hall, Neillsville Public Library, the Neillsville Fire Station, Neillsville Police Station, the city wells, pumps houses and all related buildings and the city's wastewater treatment facility, lift stations and related buildings as well as any other municipal controlled buildings that might be built or leased in the future.
The other ordinance approved included changes to tattoo parlors in the city. The change stated that a 24 hour waiting period was removed from the ordinance.
