Loyal Man Appears in Court for Sexual Assault of a Child

A Loyal man appeared in Clark County Court for sexual assault of a child.

The victim in this case stated that the assaults by Roger Hattamer began when she was eight and lasted for 10 years. She also stated that Hattamer would offer her money or other items for nude pictures.

Hattamer is facing charges of incest, child enticement and exposing genitals to a child.  During his court appearance, Hattamer entered a not guilty plea to the charges against him.

He’ll be back in court on May 20th.  Because of where the assaults occurred, Hattamer is also facing similar charges in Taylor and Chippewa County. Another case was filed against him in Rusk County.
