2015 Off to an Exciting Start for Clark County 4-H, Part 2

-The Clark County 4-H has already been involved in some great events with plenty more on the horizon.Chris Hollar, Clark County's 4-H Youth Development Agent, discussed how, even though the Fair is in August, the 4-H groups have been getting ready for the Clark County Fair.
She said, "And so with our fair, all though it's in August, people are starting to prepare now, particularly if they have animals. Livestock, dairy, pig, poultry, sheep, goats all of those kinds of things are coming together. Our folks that run the dairy program committee and the livestock group, they'll be meeting here this week and next week just to layout some foundation for the summer."
Coming up on Monday, we'll hear how 4-H members need to take two educational classes to handle and sell the animals and where they can do that.
