Employment Matters and Administrators' Reports (Elementary) at Neillsville School Board Meeting

-The Neillsville School Board discussed employment matters and heard the administrators' reports at their meeting on Monday.The board approved the resignation of Penny Holger from her teaching assistant position effective today. They also approved the retirement of Carol Glaze from her Spanish teaching position at the end of this school year.
Finally, the board heard the administrators' reports. Elementary Principal Tim Rueth reported on attendance, March 2nd-6th was Dr. Seuss Week, March 2nd was Cuddle Up With a Book Night, March 3rd the 4th Grade had NAEP testing, March 3rd-4th, Juniors had ACT and WorkKeys testing, March 4th the Seniors had NAEP testing and on March 5th the 8th Grade had NAEP testing.
Also, on Mar. 9th skating began in Phy. Ed for Grades 1-6, March 11th was a scheduled 2 hour late start, there's no school on March 30th because of Teacher In-Service, K4 Registration and the Child Development Fair, March 30th-April 2nd is K4 Registration in the Elementary Office, on March 31st there's K4 Evening Registration in Elementary Office and there is no school on April 3rd and 6th because of a holiday break.
