Owen City Council Has Lengthy Discussions During Public Opinion Portion of their Meeting

-The Owen City Council had a lengthy discussion about several different items during the public opinion portion of the meeting.James Louks reported to the Council that he still has strong intentions of bringing business to Owen and he was asked when ground breaking would happen. James indicated June.
State plans would need approval and permits issued and Mr. Louks does not plan to use the entire Innovation Center for his businesses. 20,000 to 30,000 square foot facility would be underground called a bunker and that is to ensure climate control.
Mr. Louks said he likes this community and location and strategically it's very attractive. He indicated that 200 jobs could be created immediately.
