Clark County Aging Department Completing Homestead Credit Applications

-The Clark County Aging Department is completing Homestead credit applications, and fuels assistance if not filed yet, at the various Nutrition Centers in Clark County.This service is for folks age 60 and older. If a senior citizen needs assistance with completing simple income taxes, they do have AARP Tax Volunteers assisting them. You must call the Aging Office to schedule an appointment. Homestead Credit is available to assist people in meeting the rising cost of property taxes and rental payments.
The next workshop date is on Tuesday, March 17th at the Greenwood Nutrition Center at 10:30am.
