Greenwood Residents Hear from School Superintendent Candidates: 2nd Candidate, Todd Felhofer

-Greenwood residents had the opportunity on Wednesday afternoon to hear from three highly qualified candidates looking to become the Greenwood School District's next superintendent.The second candidate was Todd Felhofer who's a Marshfield native. He graduated from Marshfield High School, went to UW-Marshfield for a year followed by UW-Eau Claire and finally, UW-Oshkosh. He taught and coached in the Milwaukee area and for the past 15 years he's been the administrator at Lincoln Elementary School in Marshfield.
Todd said he decided to apply for the position at Greenwood because they have a lot of pride in their community and school. He said now is the right time and Greenwood is the right place for him to become an administrator as he delayed the final rung in his career ladder while his kids were in school. He said that working in a small, rural community is the best place to make a lasting impact on student's education.
The 40 citizens in attendance had the opportunity to ask questions as well and the topics include community involvement, budgeting, cooperation with law enforcement and more.
