Vehicle Stolen in Neillsville

-The following vehicle was reported stolen out of Neillsville this morning.According to the Neillsville Police Department, a Black 1999 Pontiac Grand Am with Lic. #848-XBR was reported stolen this morning.
The vehicle is being driven by a black male with star tattoos on his neck. The department has identified the driver but just needs to locate him and this vehicle. The vehicle has been entered as stolen.
