Neillsville City Council Hears Public Works and Heritage Days Reports

-The Neillsville City Council heard the public works report before their meeting on Tuesday.The usual amount of work has been done in the city the past couple weeks, including snow and ice removal, sanding, removed two trees, equipment maintenance, hauling brush and compost, trimming and pruning, straightening signs and more. They've also been opening and thawing storm drains due to the warm weather.
The council also heard a Heritage Days Committee Report. Brad and Judy Lindner were selected for the parade Grand Marshalls. A movie night for kids will be held Friday night, sponsors are still being found for the golf outing and they are still discussing other ideas and events. They committee also heard an update from CWB Security regarding Vic Ferrari on Saturday night.
