4th Annual "Half is Good Enough For Me" ? Marathon & 5K Coming March 28th

On Saturday, March 28th, runners will have a chance to begin their running season and raise money for a good cause at the 4th Annual "Half is Good Enough For Me" Half Marathon & 5K race.This event, sponsored by Memorial Medical Center, Scheels, Wood Wright Construction and Russell's of Neillsville, will begin at 8:30AM. It starts and finishes at The Highground Veterans Memorial Park.
As one of the first running events of the year in Wisconsin, The "Half is Good Enough For Me" attracts participants from across the state that want to take on the challenging early spring conditions. The money raised from this event will go towards Wisconsin's Persian Gulf Tribute, honoring and remembering the service of our military members in the Persian Gulf area.
The "Half is Good Enough For Me" was founded by local runner, Amy Melvin, in honor of her mother and best friend, Sandy Greene. To register for the Half Marathon or 5K race please contact The Highround
