Neillsville Fire Department Responds to Garage Fire Near Neillsville

-The Neillsville Fire Department responded to a garage fire on Thursday afternoon.The department received the report of a garage fire just after 3pm. The fire was located at W7115 State Highway 95 in the Township of Levis.
When the department arrived the garage was fully engulfed in flames. The owner of the home had used a hose to help douse the flames and keep the fire from spreading to his shop which was located next to the garage.
The department was on scene about 2 hours, there were no injuries, no mutual aid was requested and the owner lost a vehicle and ATV in the fire.
