The 72nd WIAA State Individual Wrestling Tournament continued Friday at the Kohl Center in Madison. Here are results from matches involving area wrestlers from Day 2...


D2-132 - Stetson Rueth of Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal lost his semi-final, he will wrestle again on Saturday.
D2-170 - Jake Rueth of Neillsville/Greenwood/Loyal lost his semi-final due to a dislocated shoulder
D2-160 - Ronny Ponick of Stanley-Boyd/Thorp/Owen-Withee won his Consolation Round 1 match, he will wrestle again Saturday morning.
D3-106 - A J Schoenfuss of Stratford won his semi-final and will wrestle Saturday night in the final
D3-113 - Jeremy Schoenherr of Stratford won his semi-final and will wrestle in the final Saturday night
D3-113 - Bryce Shaw of Spencer won his Consolation Round 1 match, he will wrestle again Saturday morning.
D3-126 Semi-Final - Mason Kauffman of Stratford stays unbeaten at 48-0 after beating Austin Najbrt of Cadott . Mason will wrestle in the final Saturday night, Austin will wrestle Saturday morning.
D3-132 - Sam Wenzel of Stratford lost his Consolation Round 1 match
D3-145 - Paul Willfahrt of Auburndale won his consolation round 1 match and will wrestle Saturday morning.
D3-160 - Wyatt Weiler of Auburndale won his semi-final and will wrestle Saturday night in the final.
D3-182 - Kamren Bornbach of Stratford won his semi-final match and will wrestle in the final Saturday night
D3-220 - Hunter Kauffman of Stratford lost his semi-final due to injury
D3-285 - Tyson Kauffman of Stratford lost his consolation round 1 match
D1-160 - Mitch Hertel of Marshfield lost his semi-final, he will wrestle Saturday morning
D1-195 - Josh Lang of Marshfield lost his semi-final, he will wrestle Saturday morning.
