Neillsville School Board Hears Pool Project Update

-The Neillsville School Board heard an update on the district's pool project.The project has gotten underway at the district and they've found that the concrete around the overspill tube is very solid. They just need to replace the sealant around that tube. A change order was also approved for $1,360 to take down the high dive. It was also mentioned that the district will look into some energy savings with Focus on Energy as they won't be leaking warm water anymore and they'll see if the removal of the high dive will save the district on insurance.
Finally, the district approved some curriculum updates. There were some changes in many classes in most subjects, but they were nothing too significant. With the current curriculum map for the district online, teachers can go in and make changes as they happen. They are then brought before the board and approved.
