Officer's Report at Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard the January Report of Officers at their meeting on Tuesday.The department had 126 complaints, 51 service calls, 39 traffic citations, 83 traffic warnings, 5 traffic crash investigations, 9 ordinance citations, 13 adult arrests, 3 cases referred to the District Attorney for charges, 6 juvenile cases and 52 parking citations.
Some other highlights from the report include Officer King successfully completing his field training and he's currently on solo patrol and the department is back to full strength. The department is continuing the technology upgrade and they've gone live with their Body Camera Program.
Also, two big cases solved in January included the man who stole a vehicle from Hansen's IGA parking lot was arrested in Missouri after robbing a bank and using a stolen credit card. And the department was able to arrest a suspect involved in a stolen credit card case.
