Presentation Starts Owen-Withee School Board Meeting

-The Owen-Withee School Board started their meeting on Monday evening with a presentation.The board toured the CVTC Manufacturing trailer that will be at their district until the end of March. Mr. Engel and Mr. John Paulus showed the capabilities and opportunities their students have for career exploration using the trailer and the equipment and software that comes with it.
Students Morgan Vetterkind, Dante Geissler and Brady Baumgarten were on hand to demonstrate some of the equipment and projects they are working on. The board thanked Mr. Engel, Mr. Paulus and the three young men for giving the board the demonstration.
The National Science Foundation grant for $1.5 million that paid for the project was written by CVTC. The District is very thankful to CVTC for including them and for creating a positive relationship with the school and students.
