Loyal Girls Clinches At Least A Share Of ECC Title

The Loyal girls basketball team has clinched at least a share of the Eastern Cloverbelt Conference title after beating Granton on Tuesday night 65-30.The Hounds had 3 players in double figures led by Karsyn Rueth with 13 points, Jaelynn Young added 12 points and Missy Benz had 11.
Loyal forced 31 Granton turnovers in the game and scored 32 points in the second quarter to blow the game open.
Loyal (14-0, 17-2) will be at Greenwood on Friday night and then wrap up the regular season on Monday night when they host second place Owen-Withee.
