Black River Falls Man Facing Charges After Discovery of 39 Pieces of Drug Paraphernalia

-A Black River Falls man is facing drug charges after he was discovered with drug paraphernalia.Authorities executed a search warrant on the home of 38-year-old Jason Carrol where 39 pieces of paraphernalia were discovered. The items included syringes and two grams of marijuana.
Charges have been sent to the Jackson County District Attorney's Office and Carrol is already in jail for unrelated charges.
