Dunamis Therapy and Fitness in Thorp Celebrates Expansion with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

-Dunamis Therapy and Fitness of Thorp celebrated their recent expansion with a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday afternoon.Larry Hickok explained the history of the center and why they chose to move to the new facility.
He said, "I opened a small outpatient clinic in Thorp in 2003. A few years after that, I merged the operation with the existing fitness center in Thorp and we've been at that location for several years, but we made the decision to move to this location so we could offer better parking, incorporate a warm water therapy pool into the operation and just a little more professional look and feel to the facility compared to where we had been.""
Their new building is just that, brand new. It was designed and built recently and they moved in a few weeks ago. Larry explained why the decided to stay in Thorp.
"It's been good to us," Larry said. "It's been well received from the day we opened a small outpatient physical therapy clinic to the next step, which was our former fitness center location. It's just been well supported, well received by the community. It's a great community, so no reason to think about moving out of Thorp."
Larry talked about the services they offer.
He said, "Out patient physical therapy, a 24-7 fitness center, a warm water therapy pool and personal training."
