Winter Carnival "Snowless" Snowmen Wanted

The Neillsville Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting their "Build a Snowless Snowman Contest."The rules include that the snowman cannot be made of snow, it must be 3 to 5 feet tall, it must stand on its own and it must be transported to and from the High School Lobby.
There is a $5 entry fee and the entries will be displayed and judged in the High School lobby during the Winter Carnival Variety Show on Friday, February 20th. The winner will be announced during intermission at the Variety Show.
