Medford Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Buying Supplies for a Convicted Meth Dealer

-A Medford woman accused of buying supplies for a convicted meth dealer appeared in Taylor County Court on Wednesday.Heather Prust of Medford, along with Justin Reese of Abbotsford and Penny Krug of Medford, was arrested back in April and has had charges of providing medication to a dealer filed against her. The dealer, Dallas Smart, is serving a nine year prison sentence. He was found guilty of numerous charges that all had to deal with the selling and production of meth.
Probable cause was found during Prust's preliminary hearing on Wednesday so her court proceedings will continue. She entered not guilty pleas to the 7 counts of providing medication to a dealer for the production of meth filed against her. Her $2,000 signature bond was continued.
