Woman Sentenced to Two Months in Jail for Drunk Driving with an Infant in the Vehicle

(Kristen Shill, WQOW) -A woman picked up for driving over a hundred miles an hour with an infant in her car will spend up to two months in jail.That's part of the sentence handed down yesterday for Jolyn Beighley. The state patrol says she was drunk when she was stopped on I-94 in Jackson County in July. The trooper who arrested her said Beighley tried to kick out a window of the squad car.
As part of her sentence, she must apologize to the state patrol. She also lost her drivers license for two years.
