Congress Resumes Work Today, A Lot to Do in Next Two Weeks

-Congress resumes work today and lawmakers are trying to cram lots of leftover business into two weeks.The to-do list includes legislation to keep the government running into the new year, and to revive some tax breaks for individuals and businesses.
Also pending are President Barack Obama's requests for money to combat Islamic State militants and battle Ebola.
Lower-profile items include renewing the government's terrorism risk insurance program and legislation extending the ban on state and federal taxes on access to the Internet.
