Law Enforcement Hoping For Zero Fatalities
Tuesday, November 25th, 2014 -- 8:10 AM
Traffic safety and law enforcement officials are hoping for zero fatalities along Wisconsin roadways over the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday period.Last year, 11 people died in Wisconsin traffic crashes from 6 p.m. on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving until midnight the following Sunday.
Decreased hours of daylight, an active deer population, and rapidly changing weather conditions can all create challenges for drivers this time of year.
