Wisconsin Rapids Woman Arrested for 7th OWI

A Wisconsin Rapids woman was arrested for her 7th OWI on Saturday.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, they received a traffic complaint.  A vehicle had driven into a ditch.  When troopers arrived, they found 48-year-old Melissa Tillotson still in the vehicle.

Tillotson was arrested by the troopers for her 7th OWI.
