Neillsville City Council Approves the Resignation of One of their Members

-The Neillsville City Council approved the resignation of one of their members during their meeting on Tuesday.Alderman Joe Weires presented his letter of resignation to the mayor and the council as a recent move has placed him out of the 2nd ward which he represents. His resignation will be official as of October 31st. The council did approve his resignation and thanked him for his service to the city.
The board approved several minor items at their meeting as well including managed services, for the city's IT infrastructure by Bauernfeind Business Technologies, approved internet services, approved post-employment health insurance for Chief Klueckmann, proceeded with the hiring of a new police officer and approved moving the Tuesday, November 11th City Council meeting to Monday, November 10th because of Veteran's Day being on Tuesday.
