-A woman who was living with a suspected weapons dealer from Stratford was sentenced for her part in the crime in Marathon County Court on Monday.According to authorities, they received a tip that 25-year-old Tyler Perkins had been selling weapons. An inmate in a Michigan jail told authorities the he bought weapons from Perkins. As authorities executed a search warrant on Perkins' home, they discovered six loaded weapons, meth, marijuana and THC. The woman living with Perkins, 21-year-old Jasmine Henry, was also facing drug charges due to the search.
Henry was found guilty of possession of THC. Three other charges were dismissed and read in. Henry's attorney had filed a Deferred Entry of Judgement, which the Marathon County Judge approved. That means if Henry completes the DEOJ agreement for one year and follows all the conditions that are a part of it, she will not spend any time in jail.
Perkins is in jail on a $10,000 signature bond and he'll appear in court again at the end of this month.
