-The Clark County Board of Supervisors approved a few resolutions at their meeting on Thursday. The board approved a resolution amending easements to landowners at Mead Dam assessor?s plat #1. On September 20th of 2011, the board adopted resolution 46-9-11 which granted a perpetual access easement over Clark County owned property to certain property owners in the Town of Mead.
This resolution did not specify the plat name for the property legal descriptions that were granted the easements. This resolution added that information in there providing better clarity and traceability.
The final resolution passed increased the county coroner?s per call fee. It raised the per call fee from $65 to $110 and that will be affective on January 1st of next year.
