Owen-Withee School Board Hears Administrators' Reports (District)

-The Owen-Withee School Board heard the Administrators? Reports at their meeting on Monday of last week.District Administrator Bob Houts distributed a copy of the CESA 10 Annual report to each board member. He relayed to the board that the district?s 2013 graduates performed well on the ACT test.
Owen-Withee students scored an average of 22.9 for a composite score compared to a 22.2 score for the state average. This also compares to the 21.0 score achieved across the nation on the test.
October 10th will be an in-service day for teachers with Kristen Gundry and Nancy Oestrem-Fuller from CESA 10 leading training on SLOs and Teachscape which are both parts of the Educator Effectiveness program that goes into effect this year.
