Officer's Report at the Neillsville City Council Meeting

-The Neillsville City Council heard the Officer?s Report during their meeting on Tuesday of last week.

Police Chief Brad Lindner mentioned some training that Officer Kluckman recently completed. He also made a brief mention of some domestic abuse instances that occurred in the city. He brought it up in light of the Ray Rice incident. His point being that domestic abuse happens in big and small communities across the nation.

Included in the officer?s report was the number of parking citations. There were 20, with 19 being for 3 hour parking violations and one for a handicap parking violation. There were a total of 65 arrests and citations for a wide variety of items.

Finally, in wake of his retirement, Chief Lindner thanked the council for their years of support to the department. The council, in return, thanked him for his years of service.
