As summer turns to autumn, Security Health Plan wants to help you prevent seasonal illnesses with flu shots, screenings and health education.?Fall in for Flu Shots and Good Health,? is a series of health events being held in locations around Wisconsin during September. The events are open to all, not just Security Health Plan members.
These events offer flu shots, medication education, prevention techniques and tips and balance testing.
With cold weather just around the corner, we want you to be prepared to avoid the seasonal illnesses that often drag us down. ?Fall in for Flu Shots and Good Health? is a health event, not a sales event. It?s open to all.
Some locations of the flu shots include Wisconsin Rapids at the Hotel Mead from 8:30am until Noon on Monday, September 15th, Abbotsford at the Municipal Center from 1:30pm to 4pm on Thursday, September 18th, Medford and BS Bar and Catering from 8:30am to 11:30am also on Thursday, September 18th and in Marshfield at the Wildwood Station from 10am to 2pm on Friday, September 19th
