Thorp Students Work on Unique Writing Project

We know how the old adage goes: "The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry," but the hard work some Thorp cardinals have been doing will pay off.

Instead of a typical essay, students are creating a pamphlet that features 3 powerful quotes of their choosing and connected analysis, three character breakdowns, and their own review of the novel.

Students also have the opportunity to put their art skills to work by creating images that connect to their quotes and capture the themes/tone of the piece.  They've all been working incredibly hard and their English teacher is looking forward to their final product.
