Sex Offender To Be Released In Black River Falls

WQOW.com is reporting the Wisconsin Department of Corrections has notified the Jackson County Sheriff's Office that the Sex Offender, Joseph M. Buhler, age 30, will be released from prison on Tuesday, September 9, 2014.Upon release, Buhler will be placed in a temporary housing facility located at 5 South Roosevelt Road, in the City of Black River Falls. Buhler is on probation supervision until 09-16-2020 and will be monitored by a GPS electronic tracking device.
Special Conditions of Supervision will be as follows:
- No unsupervised contact with minors; No taverns/bars/liquor stores; No contact with victim(s); not to consume alcohol or drugs.
- Comply with standard sex offender rules; cooperate with electronic monitoring.
- Face-to-Face contact with Law Enforcement required; Comply with all requirements and Lifetime registrant of Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
