La Crosse Man Scheduled to go to Trial Regarding the Death of a Neillsville Woman

-A La Crosse man is scheduled to go to trial regarding the death of a Neillsville woman.In December of 2012, 19-year-old Monica Cooper passed away and an autopsy at the Dane County Medical Examiner?s Office determined she died of a heroin overdose.
During the investigation, it was determined that 27-year-old Reavon Taylor was the alleged source of the heroin. He has been charged with 1st degree reckless homicide.
Taylor appeared in Clark County Court on Thursday morning. His new attorney had received all the information regarding his case and requested time to go through everything. A 3 day trial was set for the end of January giving everyone time to prepare.
